how do I install the SoftEther VPN Client and Server Manager for Ubuntu 20.04? I am not looking to setup a VPN on my machine. I want to connect to other servers.

Hello guys, I have a ubuntu server 18.04 server and put an access to a vpn client on it. To make it easier I ended up using the softether openvpn simulator. However, I can't connect automatically when ubuntu server starts.
